All packages are shipped through USPS. Shipping within the US is always free. I ship out 2-3 times a week so that you never have to wait too long for delivery.  Refunds are a case by case basis. I’m a flexible person, so please just e-mail me with any questions, comments, complaints, or issues. I also apologize in advance if cat hair somehow winds up involved in your package.
